SABINA ESTATES IBIZA – Residential Complex
Sabina Ibiza is a high‑end residential development located in Cala Tarida, on the west coast of Ibiza, set on a 17‑hectare estate and composed of 50 exclusive villas designed by 14 internationally renowned architects and designers.
Each villa has been conceived to integrate respectfully into the landscape, maintaining a direct relationship with the natural surroundings and the Mediterranean horizon.
One of the key elements of the project is the use of domestic geothermal heat pumps with Inverter technology, a solution that significantly reduces a dwelling’s energy consumption by harnessing a stable renewable source, with potential energy savings of up to 80% compared to conventional solutions and a corresponding reduction in CO₂ emissions.
This system is complemented by tridimensional fan coils as the interior emission solution, integrated into a strategy focused on comfort, operational precision and efficiency in a high‑end residential standard.
Sabina Ibiza holds a BREEAM® Excellent pre‑certification and stands as the first residential development in Spain to achieve this distinction, with a real‑time environmental management system, innovation across multiple technical sustainability categories and an estimated reduction of up to 70% in CO₂ emissions compared to conventional standards.
In this setting, TALAT’s engineering goes beyond meeting technical requirements, helping to enhance the asset’s overall value by aligning sustainability, design and technology within a single, coherent proposal.
