Padel Bendinat
Padel Bendinat is part of the Plaza Mirador de Bendinat urban complex in Calvià, Mallorca. In this project, Talat is developing the outdoor installations across a 5,400 m² area for sports use, integrating three tennis courts, access routes and landscaped areas within a highly demanding technical and functional environment.
The intervention has been conceived from a holistic infrastructure perspective, with the goal of ensuring the performance of all outdoor systems and their seamless integration within the overall complex.
The works include rainwater collection on courts and landscaped areas, exterior lighting for courts, walkways and gardens, as well as the deployment of a perimeter irrigation ring for planters and exterior taps.

The project also incorporates a communications network for wifi, CCTV and outdoor sound, underground gas piping and a geothermal system with 12 boreholes, each 100 meters deep, to support domestic hot water production and pool heating.
Talat additionally coordinates the integration with associated brands such as Technogym and Adidas, ensuring that every solution precisely meets the technical requirements of the facility.
