TALAT is an organization with four business lines: Engineering, Project Management, Installations, and Software Factory, with its headquarters in the municipality of Manacor.
TALAT’s Management expresses its commitment to quality and respect for the environment through this policy. To this end, they commit to:
- Comply with all requirements of the management system, customers, and interested parties.
- Allocate the necessary resources, whenever possible, to achieve continuous improvement of the management system, making it more effective every day.
- Constantly ensure full customer satisfaction by maximizing the quality of the services provided, while striving not to harm the environment.
- Promote environmental awareness among all individuals, companies, and organizations involved in the four business lines, including customers, by providing appropriate training to employees.
- Apply all available measures to guarantee environmental protection, including the prevention of pollution that may result from activities, as well as other commitments relevant to TALAT’s context, and the means to act in case of environmental emergencies.
- Involve all subcontracted companies and public administrations in the Management System, with the aim of motivating them to implement their own systems and ensure proper waste management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements applicable to the activities carried out, as well as any other established requirements.
- Continuously review and update this policy, which will serve as a framework for setting objectives and targets within TALAT’s quality and environmental management system.
- Communicate this quality and environmental policy to employees, collaborators, and customers, ensuring its understanding and application within the organization.
