In line with an environmentally responsible approach, Talat has implemented a modular construction strategy based on prefabricated elements, significantly reducing environmental impact while optimizing execution timelines.

Furthermore, this project is a representative example of Talat’s collaborative delivery model, integrating multiple disciplines within a shared digital working environment. This unified platform enables seamless data exchange and multidisciplinary coordination, enhancing efficiency, traceability, and control throughout the entire construction process.

Within a record period of three months, our team re-engineered the project, making it possible for the Consell to grant a license that had remained pending for over a decade due to the lack of an approved approach.

An additional layer of complexity was introduced by the need to manage discontinuous project timelines, conditioned by the urban development moratorium currently in force in the Balearic Islands.
