The 50-home development in Son Parc, Menorca, was delivered as a large-scale residential project, coordinating both the external urbanization works and the construction of the homes and their technical systems. The scope covered everything from initial clearing, excavation and foundations through to structure, enclosure, MEP installations, finishes and outdoor spaces.
