Villas Malgrats
The Malgrats project covers the execution of the complete technical installations for two villas, designed to deliver the highest standards of comfort, efficiency and technical sophistication.
The scheme was developed under premium quality criteria, with a clear commitment to advanced solutions and a careful selection of materials and equipment from leading brands.
Key systems include Schneider Electric switchgear, Mitsubishi VRV air conditioning, Ecoforest domestic hot water production, FontBarcelona mechanisms, Aquaquae taps, LineaLight lighting, Basalte control interfaces and Intarcon wine cellar equipment.
These systems are complemented by a KNX-based control architecture, enabling centralized management and optimized operation throughout the homes.
Special attention was paid to visual comfort, reducing glare and creating lighting environments that are both functional and elegant.
The project also integrates sustainability-driven solutions such as solar photovoltaic installation and BMS systems, contributing to a smarter energy use without compromising comfort or architectural excellence.
