Hotel HSM Don Juan
The intervention at HSM Don Juan Hotel in Calvià focused on the comprehensive reopening and expansion of the building through the upgrade of its MEP services.
The project was carried out across all seven floors and included a wide range of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic works tailored to the operational requirements of a large-scale hospitality facility.
On the electrical side, the works included floor-by-floor construction boards, main power supply, lighting and socket wiring, as well as the installation of LED panels, weatherproof outlets and dedicated connections for the goods lift and service areas. In parallel, the mechanical scope covered piping works, stormwater networks, provisional and permanent connections, and routing adjustments in different parts of the building.
