The remodelling of Hotel Cappuccino Cort was driven by the ambition to transform a landmark building in Palma’s old town into a contemporary “Urban Hotel”, where guest experience, connectivity and technical control are core to the value proposition.
Within this framework, Talat delivered the renewal of the hotel’s electrical, telecommunications, home automation and control systems, acting on all 32 rooms as well as the main public areas. The aim was to equip the property with a modern, flexible technical backbone, ready to support current and future demands of an urban hospitality concept.
